Our firm was chosen to renovate and make additions to an early 20th
Century Edwardian home and to restore its rear garden, linking the
interior spaces with the new garden spaces. Our clients, the parents of
two teen-agers, sought an expansive ground-level space that would give
them more privacy and a bit of peace and quiet. Located near Golden Gate
Park, this small home on a narrow lot provided the quintessential San
Francisco restoration experience—modernizing a century-old
structure to fit a contemporary lifestyle while staying true to its
original typology.
