I hired 450 Architects to help me remodel my 3 bdrm 1 bath home in San Francisco. As it turns out it was the best thing I did. Despite being in construction all my life and currently a construction manager, the expertise and attention to detail 450 Architects provided was worth every penny. Headed by proprietor Richard Parker, the staff at 450 Architects evaluated all the possibilities of my efforts, In the end this provided me with an unimaginable design where I benefited not only remodeling the kitchen and 1 bathroom but ended up with two new bathrooms and a completely updated and spacious kitchen all within the same foot print of the foundation. The weekly meetings with the contractor proved invaluable as there were hidden unforeseen conditions that required solutions for the contractor to implement. To say that I would recommend 450 Architects for any project is an understatement. The company boasts numerous accolades and has been recipient of “Green” Building awards for projects. Private, Commercial, Schools etc. they seem capable of making things happen and in doing so, making the world a better place.
